NOTICE is hereby given that a Public Meeting of the Strafford County Legislative Delegation Executive Committee is scheduled to be held Friday, December 5, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. in the Strafford County William A. Grimes Justice and Administration Building, Café Conference Room, Lower Level, 259 County Farm Road, Dover, New Hampshire. This meeting will require a physical quorum, but will provide remote access for the public via Zoom as noted above, to conduct the following business:

• Approve Minutes of the Executive Committee Meeting of September 30, 2025
• Approve Tax Anticipation Note Borrowing up to the amount of $30 million for First Six Months of 2026
• Motion to Allow the County Commissioners to Pay those County Expenditures Statutorily Required to be Paid Until Delegation Approval of the 2026 Budget
• Review and Approve Third Quarter 2025 Budget Report
• Receive Warming Center Update
• Receive Update from the Special Committee for Long Term Care in Strafford County
• Any Other Business Which May Legally Come Before the Committee at that Time
